Whether in a group or one-to-one, every sound journey I guide is different. I adapt intuitively to the needs of the people present, so no two sessions are ever the same.
Over the years I’ve worked in India, Nepal, Belgium and Peru, guiding hundreds of people through the power of sound. From retreats to private sessions, each experience is an invitation to connect more deeply with yourself.
Private Sessions
A one-to-one sound session offers a deeply personal and tailored experience.

• The bowls “sing differently” when placed near different parts of the body, allowing me to sense whether the imbalance is physical, emotional, or mental, without any touch.
• The sounds guide the body and mind into deep rest, supporting natural healing processes.
• Each private session is unique, focused entirely on what the individual most needs in that moment.
Group Sessions
Sound journeys in groups create a shared field of healing. Through gongs, Himalayan bowls, and other instruments, participants are invited into a deep state of relaxation and presence.
